The products referred to are made by our jewelers in our own workshops.

All our jewelry is handmade and made with natural stones, so they may vary slightly from the reference image placed on the website. The terms and conditions applicable to the website (price, charges, payment methods, special conditions, among others) are also included, so the user must take them into account when making their consumption decision. The services and products offered through this website are expressed in Soles (PEN) for users located in Peru and in American Dollars (US$) for users located abroad.

Before making the payment, the user may verify, once again, the products he/she wishes to purchase and the total price to be paid, including applicable taxes, shipping costs, discounts, among others.

Please note that your purchase may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be assumed by the customer upon delivery. We recommend that you inform yourself about your country's import policies before making your purchase.

The user is responsible for choosing the type of delivery required, which must be in accordance with the delivery area of ​​the referred purchase, in addition to the time windows and the type of packaging required for each case. In the event that the delivery cannot be delivered due to some type of error on the part of the user, the user must assume the additional delivery costs for correct delivery.

Refunds are not applicable in any case. If the user is not satisfied with the product received, he/she will receive a credit with which he/she can choose jewelry directly in the store. The credit can be used in one go, and it is not possible to divide the change into several amounts and times. These types of cases are only applicable during the 7 days after the purchase is made.

Purchase request
The selected products will be stored in a shopping cart. To make the purchase you must click on the VIEW CART button.

The details of the products in the shopping cart will appear on the screen: name, price, quantity of each selected product and the total amount of the same. You will also be able to see the total number of products in the shopping cart, where the amount for the total of products selected in the shopping cart and the cost for shipping are indicated.

Before making the payment, the user will be able to verify once again, a summary of the products he/she wishes to purchase and the total price to be paid, including: shipping costs, discounts, among others.
