Delivery Policies

Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email with the details and the shipping address. If the address is not correct, please reply to the email with the correct delivery address within the first 4 hours. If there is any problem, we will contact you by phone.

Shipping times are only for products in stock, not applicable for Custom Made (made to order) or Made to Order (out of stock) products. In these cases, our team will contact the customer to confirm the delivery date of the mentioned product. For cases of products made to order, the delivery time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks, from the date of approval of the final design and depending on the availability of stones and complexity of the chosen design.

All shipments are made from Lima, Peru. There may be delays due to holidays both at the shipping and delivery locations. Business days (not calendar days) will be considered for shipments.

In the case of international shipments, please note that your purchase may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be assumed by the customer at the time of delivery. We recommend that you inform yourself about the import policies of your country before making your purchase.

Products are considered correctly delivered when they are received at the address indicated by the user, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

SISSAI assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery or failure to deliver when this results from an unforeseen event or force majeure.

The courier company may not be able to deliver the product in the following cases: i) it is not possible to locate the indicated address, iii) there is no one at the address or the person who was there refused to receive the package or is unable to do so, iv) any other similar cause that is not attributable to SISSAI.

In the event that the courier company is unable to deliver the product to the address indicated by the user, it will be returned to SISSAI, and the user will be responsible for any additional shipping costs that this may generate.

The user will be contacted again within the next 7 business days so that they can pick up their order or arrange a new delivery. After this period, the user will not be able to claim delivery of the product. In no case will a refund be made.
If the customer requires any special adjustments to the purchased piece of jewelry, he/she must take the piece to one of the SISSAI stores, so that the request can be fulfilled. If this is not possible, the customer may choose to pay the corresponding shipping costs.

Electronic invoices and receipts
Upon confirmation of purchase, the user will receive an electronic receipt or invoice, depending on the document requested by the user at the time of payment.

Policies of change

We want you to be happy with the jewelry you choose. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the piece of jewelry you purchased, we will accept an exchange within 7 days of purchase. After this time, we do not accept exchanges.

We will only accept exchanges for new, unworn, and in perfect condition jewelry with its original packaging (as long as it is within 7 days of purchase). We do not accept exchanges for custom-made jewelry or jewelry that has been engraved.

Exchanges are valid for an amount equal to or greater than the sale price, as long as the customer pays the difference. Applies to jewelry with list price, does not apply to jewelry with discounts or other promotions. Only one exchange per piece is allowed.

All changes are made in any of our physical stores in Lima. In the case of customers from other areas, the customer must assume the shipping costs.

CUSTOM DESIGNS & MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELRY:

In the case of custom-made jewelry and designs, changes of any kind or refunds are not permitted, since the piece has been made at the specific request of the client, considering special adjustments that involve the use of resources, dedication and time on the part of the Sissai team to be executed.

GIFTS:
In the event that the jewel you need to exchange is a gift, it is important to present the purchase receipt, this will facilitate the process of exchanging the piece.
In order to change the line piece, the user must send an email to hello@sissai.com indicating the following information:

  • Include the phrase “Product change” in the subject of the email and the order number, while in the body of the message:

  • Type and number of the client's identity document

  • Names and surnames, or in the case of legal entities, the name or corporate name

  • Type and number of the payment receipt received.

  • Purchase date

  • Product details: product type and price.

  • Reason for change

  • Pick-up address

  • Contact phone number

If all the previously established conditions are met, SISSAI will contact the user to coordinate the collection and new delivery. The original shipping costs will not be refunded. The costs related to the collection and the new delivery will be assumed by the user.

To request a repair of a jewel, please write to us at hello@sissai.com with a description of the repair you need, a photo of the product and the purchase receipt. The Sissai team will review your case and inform you if the repair of your jewel is within the warranty. If not, we will send you an estimate of the cost of the repair. Once you approve it, we will send you instructions for the delivery of the jewel to any of our stores. Repairs take between 2 and 4 weeks to complete.

In the case of Provinces, Sissai will assume the shipping costs if the repair is within the warranty, otherwise the customer must assume the shipping costs.

Adjustments to custom pieces: Size adjustments are only made for gold rings and if the model allows it. The size change is a maximum of two sizes and is only made free of charge during the 30 days following the date of purchase. For cases where the modification is more than 2 sizes, a new piece will have to be made and there will be an additional cost of between S/. 150 to S/. 900 depending on the design of the ring, in the same way for cases where the purchase of the ring exceeds 30 days.
