Returns and Exchanges Policy

 We want you to be happy with the jewelry you choose. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the piece of jewelry you purchased, we will accept an exchange within 7 days of purchase. After this time, we do not accept exchanges.

Conditions for change :

• We only accept exchanges for new, off-the-shelf jewelry, unused and in perfect original condition.
• The deadline to request a change is within 7 days after purchase.
• We do not accept exchanges for custom-made jewelry, engraved jewelry, or personalized products.
• Exchanges are only valid for an amount equal to or greater than the original purchase, provided the customer pays the price difference.
• This policy only applies to jewelry with a list price, not to jewelry on sale or with promotions.
• Only one exchange per piece is allowed.

Process of change :

• All changes are made at any of our physical stores in Lima.
• For customers from other regions, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Instructions to request a change :

1. Send an email to hello@sissai.com with the subject “Product change” and the order number.
2. Include the following information in the body of the message:
• Type and number of the client's identity document.
• First and last names (or company name if it is a company).
• Type and number of the payment voucher.
• Purchase date.
• Product details (product type and price).
• Reason for change.
• Store where you will leave the jewel
• Contact phone number.

Once the request has been received and compliance with the exchange conditions has been verified, we will contact you to coordinate the collection at the selected store and the delivery of the new product. The original shipping costs will not be refunded and the additional costs of collection and new delivery will be assumed by the customer.

We do not refund money under any circumstances.
