Emerald

Its name comes from the old French “Esmeralde”, which means “green precious gemstone”.

The first exploitations of this gem were made by Egyptian pharaohs, near the Red Sea, later they were called "cleopatra's mines" due to the great fascination of the queen with this gemstone.

The Incas and Aztecs of America, where the best emeralds are still found, considered it a sacred gemstone. The emerald is the gemstone of nature that is related to wisdom and inspiration. Helping to develop humanity, authentic generosity and inner liberation. It is the gemstone of prosperity and knowledge.
