The personal data we collect are those contained in the forms on our website. Additionally we may store your IP address to keep a record of the origin.

Where is your personal information sent or stored? When you use any of the forms on our website, that information first travels over the Internet from your device to the server where our website is hosted, which is located in the United States of America. When you submit a comment through our contact form or through the complaint book form, that information will be sent to an email from our company and will not be stored in our website’s database.
When you use the billing and shipping form when making a purchase, that information will be stored in our website database, so that we can monitor the purchase process and keep a record. Additionally, this information will be sent to an email from our company as a notification and additional record.
How long do we keep your personal data? The data you provide through any of the forms on our website will be kept indefinitely for administrative and security reasons.
What rights do you have over your data? If you have written to us or made a purchase from us, you may request to receive an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Confidentiality of personal data Personal data provided by individuals will be treated with complete confidentiality and we guarantee our duty to safeguard it by adopting all necessary security measures.
Security of personal data In compliance with current regulations, appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures have been adopted to ensure the security of personal data, avoiding its alteration, loss, improper processing or unauthorized access. In this regard, only personal data stored in repositories that meet the security conditions required by the regulations on information security, personal data protection and use of cloud services in the Public Administration of the Peruvian State will be processed.
On the exercise of rights as holder of personal data Users who have provided their personal data may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, to prevent the provision of their personal data, to oppose the processing or objective processing of the data, under the terms set forth in the Peruvian legislation in force. In order to exercise these rights, citizens must send their request to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Personal Data Protection”, stating their data, proving their identity and the reasons for their request.
