Description
Its name comes from the Greek “adamas”, which means unalterable or indestructible.
Diamonds are formed under conditions of extreme pressure and temperature, at depths of between 140 and 190 kms from the Earth's mantle. They develop during 1 to 3.3 million years and come close to the surface of the earth through deep volcanic eruptions.
Some of them are of extraterrestrial origins, reaching the Earth through asteroid impact. They are believed to come from supernovae stars.
Diamond helps inner transformation and strengthens unity.
