Once the purchase is completed you will receive an email with the details and shipping address, if the address is not correct please reply with the correct delivery address within the first 4 hours. If there is any inconvenience we will contact you by phone. In case we don´t receive the information in the detail period of time, additional charges would be consider.
Shipping times are only for products in stock, it does not apply for Custom Made products or Made to Order products. In these cases our team will contact you to confirm the delivery date of the mentioned order. For Custom Made products the delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks approximately, starting from the date of approval of the final design and depending on the availability of stones and complexity of the chosen design.
All shipments are made from Lima, Peru. There may be delays due to holidays both at the place of shipment and at the place of delivery. For shipments will be considered working days (and not calendar days).
In the case of International shipments, our costs do not include possible additional international expenses applicable at destination, such as local taxes, customs expenses or additional expenses. These expenses may vary according laws applicable at destination country and must be assumed by the client.
The products are considered correctly delivered when they are received at the address indicated by the user, as indicated in this chapter.
SISSAI assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery or impossibility of delivery, when this derives from a fortuitous event or force majeure.
The courier company may fail to deliver the product in the following cases: i) it is not possible to locate the address indicated, iii) there is no one at the address or the person who was there refused to receive the package or is unable to, iv) any other similar cause that is not attributable to SISSAI.
In the event that the courier company fails to deliver the product to the address indicated by the user, it will be returned to SISSAI, being the user responsible for any additional shipping costs that this may generate.
The user will be contacted again within the next 7 working days so that he/she can pick up the order or arrange a new delivery. After this period, the user will not be able to claim the delivery of the product. In no case will a refund be granted.
In case the customer requires any special adjustment in the purchased jewelry, he/she must take the piece to any of our SISSAI stores, in order to be able to attend such request. If this is not possible, the customer may choose to cancel the corresponding shipping costs.
Invoices and electronic receipts
With the purchase confirmation, the user will receive a receipt or electronic invoice, depending on the document that has been requested by the user at the time of payment.
We want you to be happy with the jewelry you choose. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the piece purchased, we will accept an exchange within 7 days of purchase. After this time we do not accept exchanges.
We will only accept exchanges of new jewelry, unworn and in perfect condition with its original packaging (as long as they are within 7 days of purchase). We do not accept exchanges of jewelry made to order, or jewelry that has been engraved.
Exchanges are valid for an amount equal to or greater than the sale price, as long as the customer pays the difference. Applies only for line pieces of jewelry with list price, does not apply to jewelry with discounts or other promotions. Only one exchange per piece is allowed.
All exchanges are made in any of our physical stores in Lima, in the case of customers located in other areas the customer must assume shipping charges.
CUSTOM DESIGNS & MADE TO ORDER JEWELRY:
In the case of jewelry made to order and personalized designs, changes of any kind are not allowed, nor cash returns, since the piece has been made at the specific request of the client, considering special adjustments that involve the use of resources, dedication and time for the Sissai team to be executed.
In the case that the jewelry to be exchanged is a gift, it is important to present the purchase receipt, this will facilitate the process of changing the piece.
In order to make the exchange for line piefces, the user must send an email to email@example.com indicating the following information:
Consign in the subject of the mail the phrase “Product exchange” and place the number of the order, while in the body of the message:
- Number of the customer’s identity document.
- Name and surname, or in case of legal entities, the company name or corporate name
- Type and number of the payment receipt received.
- Date of purchase
- Details of the product: type of product and price.
- Reason for the change
- Pick-up address
- Contact telephone number
In case all previously stated conditions are met, SISSAI will contact the user in order to coordinate the pick-up and redelivery. The original shipping costs will not be refunded. The user will be responsible for the associate costs of the pick-up and redelivery.
To request a jewelry repair please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the repair you need, a photo of the product and the purchase receipt. The Sissai team will review your case and will inform you if the repair of your jewelry is within the warranty, if not, we will send you an estimate of the cost of the repair. Once you approve it, we will send you the instructions for the delivery of the jewelry in any of our stores. Repairs take 2 to 4 weeks to complete.
In the case of Provinces, Sissai will assume the shipping costs if the repair is under warranty, otherwise the customer must assume the shipping costs.
Adjustments of personalized pieces: Size adjustments are only made for gold rings and if the model allows it. The change of size is a maximum of two sizes and is only done free of charge during the 30 days following the date of purchase. For cases where the modification is more than 2 sizes, a new piece will have to be manufactured and there will be an additional cost of between S/. 150 to S/. 900 depending on the design of the ring, in the same way for cases where the purchase of the ring exceeds 30 days.
